Motor Coach Industries International Inc. (MCII) is a Schaumburg, Illinois-based bus manufacturer founded in 1933 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. DINA S.A. of Mexico used to own 100% of MCII stock until the sale of the company to American firm KPS.
